Is the notion of gender, such a hot topic in today’s society, a critical factor or a category of analysis in music? Musicologists and political scientists exchange their points of view, between deep history and a societal issue.

The tribune – David Bowie
Open to all, ages 15 and up

The public is invited to try their hand at being the music critic, like on the radio. Participants first listen to works or artists from the weekend concert programme and then discuss them in a session led by the facilitator, whose role is to elicit a more developed personal stance from each “critic”.

College – David Bowie (Three-part cycle)

Price: €18 (cycle including 1 entry to the temporary exhibition)
In connection with the David Bowie is exhibition, the College has organised this course on the multiple facets of the most “glam” artist of all: from pop star, androgynous rocker and master of hits to actor and style icon, etc. This cycle also explores Bowie’s relationship with France, where he produced his music even before he was known, and the French artists (from Brel to Genet) who were a significant influence on him. This cycle includes a tour of the temporary exhibition.
Course led by Jérôme Soligny, musician and journalist.
